Processing Times & Shipping
Our handcrafted kitchen utensils and cutting boards are normally processed within 1-2 weeks. If you need to place a rush order, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your requests.

Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns and exchanges 
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery
- Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We don't accept cancellations but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Gifts + Gift Cards
- When returning a gift that was purchased for them, customers will be refunded in the form of a gift card.
- Gift Cards can't be returned.
